Board Members
Deepak is the Country Head for TCS, based out of Dublin in Ireland. He is responsible for strategy and operations across sectors for TCS in Ireland. He manages key relationships with many of the customers and enables new partnerships and eco systems to be developed to help the customers in their objectives.
Under his leadership, TCS in Ireland has over 1100+ employees and serves 50+ local Irish as well.
Kuldeep Joshi is a highly respected Irish citizen and community leader known for his impactful work in advancing diversity, social inclusion, and integration across Ireland. A driving force in fostering strong ties between Irish and Indian communities, Kuldeep plays a central role in shaping inclusive policies and building cross-cultural understanding.
As Vice Chair of the Ireland India Business Association, Kuldeep is a strategic leader whose dedication to the organisation’s mission is unwavering. He also holds influential civic roles within County Tipperary, including membership in the Public Participation Network (PPN) and the Strategic Policy Committee for Rural and Community Development and Social Inclusion, where he champions inclusive, community-led development.
In his professional capacity, Kuldeep leads as Site Head of Quality and Qualified Person at Amneal Pharmaceuticals, bringing together industry expertise and a deep commitment to community advancement.
Through his leadership across civic, professional, and cultural spheres, Kuldeep Joshi continues to shape a more inclusive and interconnected Ireland— celebrating diversity, empowering communities, and inspiring the next generation of changemakers.

A proud alumna, Carole Deering is the Senior Recruitment & Admissions Manager for South Asia at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, where she has built her international career for 18 years. Recognized with the UCD College of Business Global Engagement Award in 2023, Carole's global travel and dedication to strengthening international ties are extensive.
Her passion for India led to her appointment as Director of the Ireland India Business Association in October 2024, where she aims to further robust connections between the two nations.
As the decision-maker for MSc applications from South Asia, Carole brings deep expertise in international recruitment and a love for engaging with diverse cultures.

Steering Committee
Sumit Mullick has been a part of the Ireland India Business Association since 2010 and has served in various roles including Vice Chair, Chair and Director. Currently, he is the Treasurer of IIBA. He also looks after the IT needs of the Association. Sumit has been instrumental in the growth of IIBA over the years and establishing of strong connections between Ireland and India.
With a keen interest in Geopolitics and travelling, Sumit is a master networker. He enjoys an excellent relationship with Indian and Irish Government agencies and other stakeholders in the Irish Indian space.
Sumit moved to Ireland from India in 1997 with a job in an Irish company. Now he works for a foreign multinational company. Professionally, Sumit is an expert in the area of Automation and Control, specifically in the Electrical Industry. He has over 3 decades of experience working with Control Systems ranging from programming of Embedded Systems to handling key accounts and dealing with diverse clients spread across the world. This also gives him the confidence to work across cultures and borders.
Toshik Doomra is a dually qualified Chartered Accountant in India and Ireland, with extensive experience in international business, finance, and cross-border collaboration. He brings a unique blend of financial expertise and strategic insight to his work, enabling him to navigate complex regulatory environments and drive impactful partnerships across geographies.
Toshik plays a key role in the Ireland India Business Association (IIBA), where he leads initiatives that promote bilateral trade, investment, and knowledge exchange between the two countries. He is known for curating high-impact events, promoting industry-academia dialogue, and advocating for greater collaboration between Indian and Irish enterprises.
With a strong foundation in corporate governance, financial planning, and stakeholder engagement, Toshik is deeply committed to building inclusive and future-ready business ecosystems. His work reflects a deep understanding of global markets and a passion for connecting people, ideas, and opportunities.
Vipin is currently working as a Business Analyst at Musgrave Group, Ireland’s leading food retail and wholesale company. He holds a Master’s degree from University College Dublin (UCD) and has a strong interest in business processes, data-driven decision-making, and cross-cultural collaboration.
He is passionate about building meaningful connections, fostering inclusive communities, and strengthening India-Ireland ties through collaboration and shared growth.
