He also holds influential civic roles within County Tipperary, including membership in the Public Participation Network (PPN) and the Strategic Policy Committee for Rural and Community Development and Social Inclusion, where he champions inclusive, community-led development.
In his professional capacity, Kuldeep leads as Site Head of Quality and Qualified Person at Amneal Pharmaceuticals, bringing together industry expertise and a deep commitment to community advancement.

A proud alumna, Carole Deering is the Senior Recruitment & Admissions Manager for South Asia at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, where she has built her international career for 18 years. Recognized with the UCD College of Business Global Engagement Award in 2023, Carole's global travel and dedication to strengthening international ties are extensive.
Her passion for India led to her appointment as Director of the Ireland India Business Association in October 2024, where she aims to further robust connections between the two nations.
As the decision-maker for MSc applications from South Asia, Carole brings deep expertise in international recruitment and a love for engaging with diverse cultures.

With a keen interest in Geopolitics and travelling, Sumit is a master networker. He enjoys an excellent relationship with Indian and Irish Government agencies and other stakeholders in the Irish Indian space.
Sumit moved to Ireland from India in 1997 with a job in an Irish company. Now he works for a foreign multinational company. Professionally, Sumit is an expert in the area of Automation and Control, specifically in the Electrical Industry. He has over 3 decades of experience working with Control Systems ranging from programming of Embedded Systems to handling key accounts and dealing with diverse clients spread across the world. This also gives him the confidence to work across cultures and borders.

Toshik plays a key role in the Ireland India Business Association (IIBA), where he leads initiatives that promote bilateral trade, investment, and knowledge exchange between the two countries. He is known for curating high-impact events, promoting industry-academia dialogue, and advocating for greater collaboration between Indian and Irish enterprises.
With a strong foundation in corporate governance, financial planning, and stakeholder engagement, Toshik is deeply committed to building inclusive and future-ready business ecosystems. His work reflects a deep understanding of global markets and a passion for connecting people, ideas, and opportunities.

It truly is a privilege to contribute to the IIBA's vital work in fostering Indo-Irish business exchange.


With a global career spanning Ireland, the UK, India, the U.S., Belgium, and Australia, Tarun has led large-scale SAP and CRM transformation programs for high-profile clients across the utility, manufacturing, and services sectors. His core strengths lie in strategic delivery, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence—ensuring high-impact outcomes for clients through a combination of deep technical insight and business acumen.
Tarun is deeply passionate about strengthening corporate ties between India and Ireland. In his role with the Ireland India Business Association, he will support the organisation’s business development initiatives alongside Carole Deering, Director of the IIBA. I’m a Sales & Marketing Executive at Bauer Media and an alumna of the MSc in Marketing Practice at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business. Learning about global marketing throughout my studies has revealed the importance of understanding cultural differences and building trust when doing business.
Due to this, I’m excited to be part of the IIBA and to contribute a marketing perspective to the work we do.
